Online DVD Rental - Free Trial Offers
|
Blockbuster
Blockbuster is now offering a two week free trial of their services. You can get up to 3 movies
at a time during that free two week period. To get your free trial, you must have a valid email address
and a valid credit card. Your credit card will not be charged during the free trial, but it will be used to
validate your eligibility to receive a free trial. You must cancel before your free trial ends if you do
not wish to purchase the monthly service. You can read the full terms and conditions at Blockbuster's website.

Netflix
NetFlix's free trial offers can be different depending on who has referred you to their website.
Netflix also tends to change their free offer often, so you may want to take a look at the current details.
In general, the terms and conditions are the same as at Blockbuster. You must have a credit card to sign-up,
and you must cancel before the free trial period ends to ensure that you will not be charged for the next month
of service.

Walmart
Walmart offers a 30 day free service trial. The terms of the trial period are the same
as the terms for normal service. There is one catch though, it seems that Walmart is a little
less forgiving about late returns if you cancel your free trial. You will be charged for any movies
not returned in 7 days from you free trial cancellation. All in all though, this does not seem any
better or worse of a deal than the other free trials.

DVD Overnight
The DVD Overnight trial is not exactly free, but it is pretty close, so it does deserve some
mention. For just $4 you can test out DVD Overnight by ordering 2 DVDs. Four dollars is about as
close to free as you are going to get. The DVD Overnight trial, unlike other free trials, has
no restrictions, and is a true representation of the full service offering. For that reason,
we think that the DVD Overnight "trial" is worth a try.
